I was drawn to a career in mental health after working as a hospice volunteer, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of compassionate talk therapy. My passion lies in helping people navigate life’s transitions, manage anxiety, and thrive with Adult ADHD. I'm an ally for both transgendered and members of the LGBTQIA+ community and I have experience working with gender dysmorphia. I’m constantly inspired by the resilience I see in my clients and their determination to create positive change.
My passion for psychology stems from my own journey of overcoming trauma, navigating complex relationships, and discovering the power of faith as a guiding light in difficult times. These experiences have deepened my commitment to helping others find healing and resilience in their own lives. I believe that with the right support, individuals can move beyond their struggles and create a life of meaning and fulfillment.
My passion for mental health comes from a deep desire to support individuals in their most vulnerable moments. Witnessing the transformative power of treatment—how it provides hope, insight, and relief—motivated me to dedicate my career to this field. Every day, I am inspired by the strength of my clients as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
I became a therapist because of my own experiences with not being seen or heard during a challenging childhood. That experience motivated me to become someone who truly listens and supports others through their struggles. Seeing the progress my clients make—both in small steps and significant breakthroughs—continues to inspire and energize me every day.
