Rebecca Oliveira, LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Focus Area: Clinical Social Work
Licensed in: Colorado, Oregon
I believe that health is the interaction of body, mind, spirit, and emotion. Symptoms can be a way these areas communicate to us that changes need to be made. Fatigue, anxiety, irritability, restlessness, depression – these may be, in part, effects of being out of alignment with important wants and needs. The problem is, we often function on autopilot, repeating patterns and habits that get us stuck and unable to choose how to use our energy. Sessions with me will focus on helping you get unstuck, move through stress, clarify confusion, and heal from painful experiences.
