About Me
Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I often use humor and empathy in sessions to build trust and comfort, fostering collaborative relationships with my clients. My passion lies in working with diverse populations from all seasons of life specializing in parenting, life adjustments, mood disorders, anxiety/panic, and relational stressors. Through connection and exploration, we will build our therapeutic relationship to increase vulnerability and openness to change. Together, we will set goals, challenge unhealthy thoughts, navigate communication barriers, and equip you with the tools needed to regain control over your emotions in a person-centered and humanistic manner, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. Here’s to the start of a new journey working towards healing, self-compassion and personal growth!
