About Me
With a career rooted in social services, I found my true calling in returning to direct client work after earning a Master’s in Social Work. Life transitions, especially those intertwined with trauma, can feel like navigating through thick fog, leaving you feeling stuck and uncertain. Together, we’ll unravel your experiences and empower you to move forward with clarity and resilience. My therapeutic approach combines Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with cognitive-based therapies, fostering healing and growth simultaneously.
