About Me
Utilizing a complementary cognitive, behavioral and somatic therapeutic approach, I draw from a multitude of modalities including DBT, ACT, MBSR, Compassionate Inquiry, EMDR, Somatic-Experiencing and breathwork. I view mindfulness, self-compassion and attachment theory as the cornerstones of therapy and integrate these frameworks to assist clients with recovering their most authentic selves. I support individuals in healing core wounds and addressing current challenges by fostering an honest and open therapeutic relationship. Together, we can find a renewed sense of authenticity, hope, awareness, and well-being.
