About Me
My journey into therapy stemmed from a deep love of psychology gained during my undergraduate studies. This love led me away from a career in marketing and towards my calling as a therapist dedicated to the mental health and well-being of every client. With a specialization in long-term therapy for complex trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, I provide a safe and supportive space for holistic healing. My person-centered approach prioritizes fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I believe in empowering clients who are committed to working toward lasting change. If you’re ready to embark on a transformative journey towards healing and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
