About Me
As a licensed marriage and family therapist in California, I specialize in supporting individuals around their emotional regulation and assist those living with anxiety, depression, and developmental trauma. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) instructor and a Neuro-Affective Relation Model (NARM) therapist and am currently working toward a certification in yoga therapy. In my practice, I prioritize partnering with my patients to explore their desires and obstacles while emphasizing their strengths and agency. Offering a trauma-informed and consent-based space, I attempt to provide support toward a journey of self-discovery and growth.
