About Me
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. With over 20 years of experience in social work, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings. I find immense fulfilment in supporting individuals from all walks of life, with particular emphasis on working with neurodivergent folks (both autistic individuals and people with ADHD), the LGBTQIA+ community, and people with disabilities. Throughout our sessions, I prioritize honoring and celebrating your story, fostering resilience and strength. I strive to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment by drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
