Anna is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Colorado. She completed her Masters in Social Work degree at University of Denver and has focused her career on work with adolescents and adults. Anna specializes in working with post-traumatic stress, mood instability, addiction, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. Anna uses a holistic approach and enjoys drawing from mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. She has experience working with individuals, as well as in group therapy settings.
