About Me
I create a non-judgmental environment, accompanying clients on their journey by offering validation, acknowledgement and education. I also work with clients to explore inconsistencies in values and behaviors which sometimes means working towards accepting hard truths. I help clients explore their values, identify faulty belief systems, establish boundaries, and practice healthy coping skills. My inspiration to become a Licensed Professional Counselor stems from the belief that a supportive community is essential for navigating life’s challenges. Influenced by the work of Brene Brown and Ester Perel, I create a space where clients feel heard and understood, enabling them to explore and understand themselves for a more meaningful life.
